A focused session on making fruit-based sorbets, covering technique and flavour balance.
Sorbet has fewer ingredients than gelato, which means the quality of the fruit and the balance of sugar and acid matter more. This workshop goes into that in detail, and you will make two or three sorbets during the session.
The workshop is suitable for anyone, including those who have already done the beginner gelato class.
