Beginner Gelato-Making Class
A hands-on introduction to making gelato from scratch, suitable for complete beginners.
In this class you learn the basics of gelato: the role of each ingredient, how to build a base, and how churning affects texture. You will make at least one flavour yourself and taste the results before you leave.
