Beginner Gelato-Making Class
A two-hour introduction to making gelato, suitable for adults with no prior experience.
You will learn the basics of a classic gelato base, how to balance flavours, and how to churn and set the mixture correctly. The class covers two flavours, and you take home what you make.
Everything is provided: ingredients, equipment, and an apron. Numbers are kept small so there is enough time for questions and hands-on practice.
