FAQ

Questions before you book

Answers to the things people most often ask before booking a class or party at Gelateria Luna.
How do I book a class or party?

All classes and private events are booked online through this website. Choose the session you want, select a date and group size where relevant, and pay at the time of booking to confirm your place.

Do I need any experience to join the beginner gelato class?

No experience is needed. The beginner class is designed for people who have never made gelato before. You do not need to bring anything - all ingredients and equipment are provided.

What is included in the kids' birthday party?

Each child gets a guided gelato-making session at their own station, with all ingredients and equipment provided. Every child takes home a tub of the gelato they made. The session runs for around 90 minutes. You are welcome to bring your own cake and decorations - we take care of the gelato-making.

How are the party and private tasting prices structured?

Both the kids' birthday party and the private tasting are priced by group size. There are three options: small (up to 6 people), medium (up to 12), and large (up to 20). You select the right size when booking online.

Can I buy gelato without booking anything?

Yes. The shop counter is open daily and you can walk in to buy cones and tubs without any booking. Online booking is only for classes and private events.

What is in the gelato-making kit?

The kit contains pre-measured dry ingredients, a recipe card, and written instructions for making gelato at home without professional equipment. It makes four to six portions. The kits are available to buy at the counter.
